What are your products made from? All prints are made using premium PLA filament on professional Bambu Lab printers. Some items use multicolor filament for detailed designs. Every piece is printed to order here in Renton, WA.

How long does it take to receive my order? Most orders are printed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location — domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 days after shipping.

Do you accept custom orders? Yes! You can submit your own STL file or describe what you want and we'll work together to bring it to life. Visit the Custom Orders page for details and pricing or email us at pastelpixieprints@gmail.com

How does the 3 clicker bundle deal work? Add any 3 clickers to your cart and $4 comes off automatically at checkout — no code needed. Mix and match any styles. Buy two sets of 3 to hit $40 and unlock free shipping.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes — free shipping on all US orders over $35. Local pickup is also available in Renton, WA at no charge.

Can I return or exchange my order? Because every item is printed to order, we don't accept returns unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If something arrives wrong, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do? Contact us at lootsprites@gmail.com with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Are your products safe for children? Our fidget clickers contain small parts and are not recommended for children under 3. Always supervise young children with small printed items.

Can I sell your designs? All designs sold through Pastel Pixie Prints are either original or licensed for commercial use. Please do not reproduce or resell our designs without permission.
